| Invar International, Inc. partnered with Zorlu Energy, one of the leading energy groups in Turkey to co-own ICFS International, LLC - owner of the first two private power plants in Moscow Russia . Zorlu Energy owns 51% of ICFS, while Invar owns 24.5% of ICFS and US company, Talex International LLC owns the remaining 24.5%.
Talex International, LTD Invar International, Inc. partnered with Talex International, LTD, a Virginia Corporation, to co-share the 49% ownership of ICFS International LLC, owner of the first two private power plants in Moscow. Invar and Talex each own 24.5% of ICFS, while the Turkish energy giant, Zorlu Energy owns 51% of ICFS. |
