| Invar International, Inc. in partnership with Zorlu Energy owns ICFS International, a holding company that invested in the construction of Russia's first privately-owned power plant. The gas-powered combined cycle power plant will ultimately produce 340MW of power. As part of commissioning works for the first phase, which includes up to 170 MW of power generation, all three GE LM6000 turbines are operating. Commissioning of boilers and steam turbine is currently in progress.
